Friday is for Turf Lovers

Friday has arrived and we go to the Turf for some exciting horse racing.  Today we look at Arlington Park for splendid Illinois TURF allowance.

Arlington Park Race 8 {1 1/16 mile~TURF~3 year old Up~IL~Allowance}
An equally talented field of ten Illinois Bred horses.  A nice balance of running styles is evident.  It should be a satisfying TURF race.

#9 Peso (Torres / Boyce) appears ready to take another step forward with the third highest last out speed number and two robust, peaking workouts.  He should be forwardly placed using his second highest speed number over the Arlington turf to his advantage.
$2 SHOW.

#4 Fire Cloud (Geroux / Mathews) will challenge coming off a six-month layoff.  He holds the highest speed number over the Arlington Turf and has put in a well-built workout tab of four peaking works.  A terrific mid-pack effort could pull off the victory.
$2 SHOW.

Other Wagering Interests

#5 Tapilu (Hill / Tracy) should be in the mix with the highest last out speed number, a seven race progression, and two hardy workouts.  He will be closing swiftly.

#3 Next Kitten (Graham / Catalano) should be considered despite the one year layoff.  He holds the second highest pseed number at the distance over a dirt surface.  This guy has put in two sturdy workouts.  He should be pressing the pace.

#10 Roi Le Roy (Emigh / Kirby) should be a factor with the highest speed number at the distance, a two race progression, and three stout workouts.  He is another that will close into a strong pace.
