Superfecta Turf Sunday

We go long on the Turf for Superfecta Sunday down in Louisville.

Churchill Downs Race 7 {1 3/8 mile~TURF~3 year-old Up~Allowance Optional Claiming}

A superb group of eight will hit the grass in this Turf feature. A smooth even pace should be taken up by the few that will be forwardly placed. Speed numbers are fairly close making for a competitive event. A few in here will be stretching out to this distance, but appear to be capable of grabbing it. The balance will be coming down in distance for this race. Our task is to string together a winning 10 CENT Superfecta box ticket.

#9 Generous Kitten (Leparoux / Maker) might have the edge with the third highest last out speed number at a longer route, a three race progression, and two solid peaking workouts. This lad appears to be in good form and will be closing swiftly into a favorable pace. He is our Bronze Horseshoe selection.
$3 SHOW.

#7 Motivational (Lanerie / Lopresti) will challenge with the second highest last out speed number at a longer route, a two race progression, and two fine peaking workouts. This will be his first run over the Churchill Turf course. He is another that will be closing heading into the stretch.

#1 O'Prado Ole (Stevens / Romans) should contend with the highest last out speed number at a longer route, a two race progression, and two sound workouts. He could be the controlling speed giving him a distinct edge over a field of from off the pace runners.

#6 Street Chief (Court / Cox )  should be able to stretch out to this distance coming off a fourth highest speed number performance coupled with a bullet workout. He has the tactical speed to sit close to the pace and strike in the stretch.

10 CENT Superfecta Box ($2.40)

#9 Generous Kitten  +  #7 Motivational  +  #1 O'Prado Ole  +  #6 Street Chief.
