Hooray for Hollywood Horse Racing Weekend

We enter the horse racing weekend looking at a race from Hollywood Park.  The California track is destined for development and this will be its final meet of its storied history.

Hollywood Park Race 7 {1 mile~TURF~3 year old Up~fillies/mares~Allowance}
A solid group of nine will go to the grass.  There is a bit of speed which should keep the pace fluid.  All in here have equally comparable speed numbers.  It should be a dandy mile Turf race.

#8 Miss Well Molded (Bejarano / O'Neill) is likely to go off as the favorite with the highest last out speed number, a three race progression, and one strong workout.  She should find herself close to the pace and get first jump heading into the stretch.

#1 Warren's Flasher (Blanc / J. Gutierrez) should challenge with the third highest last out speed number at a longer route and one stout workout.  She should be positioned tracking the pace.  This gal also holds the second highest speed number over the Hollywood course.

Other Wagering Interests

#9 Smooth Talker (F. Perez / Proctor) should contend with the second highest (3-way tie) last out speed number, a two race progression, and three superb peaking workouts.  She holds the highest speed number over the Hollywood course.  Look for her to be forwardly placed.

#4 Boller Bomb (Talamo / Canani) will be in the mix with the fourth highest (tie) last out speed number and three superlative peaking workouts.  She also holds the fourth highest speed number at the distance.  It appears she will be tracking and closing fast.

Last Superfecta Sunday (11/3) Results
Hawthorne Race Course R6.  Claiming.  This race was moved off the TURF and as a result there was a vast number of scratches which basically scuttled our 10 CENT Superfecta Box ticket.
Our Bronze Horseshoe runner, Harvest Home, was one of many scratched.
