Superfecta Sunday in Tinseltown

On this Superfecta Sunday we will take in a nice Turf sprint at Hollywood Park.

Hollywood Park Race 8 {6 furlongs~TURF~3 year old Up~fillies/mares~Allowance}
A splendid field of eight will go to the gate in this allowance feature.  It appears to be a complete toss-up as to might win this one.  There is enough speed to keep the pace frothy.  The speed figs are very closely aligned.  Let's try to blend a quality group for our 10 CENT Superfecta box ticket.

#3 Zia Zia Zia (Espinosa / Puype) could be the one to pull of the victory with a versatile running style, the fourth best last out speed number at a slightly longer sprint, a two race progression, and two superb workouts.  This gal already has a victory at this distance, albeit over synthetic.  She will be firing fresh.

#6 Llandudno (Talamo / Sadler) looks to be in fine form with the highest last out speed number at a slightly longer sprint and three excellent workouts. She is reasonably decent at both the distance and over the surface.

#4 Scherzinger (Smith / Hollendorfer) will be making her third start this year and first over the green.  Both of her last out speed numbers are good.  She is working a four race progression and has put in three robust workouts.  This lightly raced gal is 100% in the money in four starts.  She could surprise with a steady tracking effort.  The lady is our Bronze Horseshoe runner.
$2 SHOW.

#8 Blues And Silvers (Gryder / Puype) should be in the mix with the third highest (tie) last out speed number at a slightly longer sprint and two solid workouts.  She should be forwardly placed for this one.  This gal holds the highest overall speed number on the surface and has an amazing 92% in the money record on Turf in thirteen starts.

10 CENT Superfecta Box ($2.40)

#3 Zia Zia Zia  +  #6 Llandudno  +  #4 Scherzinger  +  #8 Blues and Silvers.
