Belmont TURF-day

Opening up our horse racing weekend at the always exciting Belmont Park.  It seems the Fall weather is coming quicker than usual this year.  Hope your horses are enjoying the crisp, cool mornings.

Belmont Park Race 7 {1 1/16 mile~inner Turf~3 year old Up~Allowance}
A nice field of eight will go to the gate in this Turf match-up.  All have comparable speed numbers over this distance which makes for an enjoyable race to wager and watch.

#6 Missinglisalewis (Prado / Domino) may surprise with the fourth highest last out speed number, a two race progression, and two robust, peaking workouts.  He could track the leaders and make his move in the stretch.

#5 Theresmyeverything (Maragh / Harty) will challenge with the highest last out speed number, a two race progression, and one solid workout.  He should find himself forwardly places and make a move in the stretch.

Other Wagering Interest

#2 Dynafortwo (Bravo / Clement) will contend with the third highest (tie) last out speed number, a two race progression, and three hearty workouts.  He will be another pressing the attack.

#3 Rubber Duck [GER] (Castro / Mott) looks ready to have a breakout North American race with a decent last out speed number and three superb, peaking workouts.  He could surprise.

Hastings Park R9.  British Columbia Derby.  Our first pick, Jerbica, finish 2nd for show money of $4.30.  Our second pick, Couldabenthewhiskey, finished 5th.  Our third pick, Northern Indy, finished 6th.
Hastings Park does not offer a 10 CENT Superfecta.
Bankroll slips to $10.75.
