Saratoga Stakes

We begin our horse racing weekend with a nice New York stakes race at the "Spa".

Saratgoga Race 9 {NY Stallion Series~1 mile~TURF~3 year old~fillies~Stakes}
A nice field of eleven gals will take to the grass in this wide open event.  It appears to be a little lacking in speedsters which may aid those with an affinity for the front.  This race should be a wonderful one.

#3 Palace Dreams (J. Ortiz / Duggan) looks to have an edge with a versatile running style that may find her motoring on the front end.  She holds the highest last out speed number at a longer route, a three race progression, and one stout workout.
$1 WIN / $1 SHOW.

#2 Adriatic Dream (J. Velazquez / Donk) will challenge with the second highest last out speed number, a two race progression, and two hearty workouts.  She likes to close and will be yearning for a fruitful pace to do so.
$1 SHOW.

#7 Frosty Bay (Castellano / Schettino) should be in the mix with the third highest last out speed number and two solid peaking workouts.  She could be tracking the pace closely ready to roll.
$1 SHOW.

Other Wagering Interests

#9 Image of Noon (Lezcano / Ryerson) should be in the hunt with the fourth highest last out speed number and one good workout.  She is another that should be tracking the pace closely.

#1 Kelli Got Frosty (C. Velasquez / Rodriguez) could contend with a couple of decent last out efforts, a two race progression, and one hardy workout.  She is another with a versatile running style that could put her wheeling in front.
