Hollywood Hoo Rah

Stakes Saturday is a day to relax and take in some exceptional horse racing.  Today we view a strong grade one at Hollywood Park.

Hollywood Park Race 8 {Vanity Handicap~G1~1 1/8 mile~3 year old Up~fillies/mares~Stakes}
A tremendous field of six gals will make their start in this great race over the synthetic surface.  For a small field, it is evenly balanced with varying running styles.  A most exciting race will unfold.

#4 Switch (Rosario / Sadler) will be the co-favorite in here with a powerful last out speed number, a two race progression, and four spectacular workouts.  She will be in a strong battle to pull off the victory with her pressing style.
No Value.

#6 Blind Luck (Gomez / Hollendorfer) will share as favorite.  She is a special gal finishing 100% in the money so far in her nineteen race career.  She holds the fourth highest (tie) last out speed number and has posted five serious, peaking workouts.  Will close well into a solid pace.
$2 PLACE.

#3 American Story (M. Garcia / Baffert) looks well prepped to stretch out.  She will motor on the front end controlling the pace with the third highest last out speed number, a four race progression, and two fast, furious workouts.  She could hold on for show honors.
$2 SHOW.

Another Wagering Interest

#2 St. Trinians [GB] (Bejarano / Mitchell) is in it to win it with the second highest last out speed number, a two race progression, and three stellar, peaking workouts.  This gal could surprise with a strong closing attack.
