Glowing Honor at Belmont

There is no better way to start the horse racing weekend on a fall day than at Belmont Park.  Today we look at a nice stakes race.

Belmont Park Race 8 {Glowing Honor~6 furlongs~inner Turf~3 year old Up~fillies/mares~Stakes}
A nice group of eleven gals go to the start for this one.  Solo Piano (Desormeaux / Mott) has the edge with the third highest last out speed number at the mile route distance and three hardy workouts.  Granted Tiger (C. Velasquez / Jerkens) looks ready with the highest speed number at the distance, she is coming off a mile route, and has three robust, peaking workouts.  Quebrada Shiner [ARG] (Lezcano / Barbara) is well prepped with the highest last out speed number and two decent workouts.  Stormy Publisher [ARG] (Dominguez / Mott) appears ready to make her first North American start in a big way with having run well in her native Argentina and two stellar workouts.  Lookalike (Luzzi / Werner) looks to be in the mix with a decent last out speed number and two hearty, peaking workouts.  Let's play Belmont Park on a beautiful fall day.
