Weekend Capper at Belmont

We close out our horse racing weekend with a wonderful Turf route at Belmont Park.

Belmont Park Race 8 {Knickerbocker-G3~1 1/8 mile~Turf~3 year old Up~Stakes}
A talented group of ten should make the start in the 51st running of this race.  Whatsthescript [IRE] (J. Velazquez / Contessa) has a minimal edge in this race with the highest (tie) speed number at the distance, the second highest last out speed number, a two race progression, and two robust workouts.  Operation Red Dawn (Maragh / Clement) will challenge also with the highest speed number at the distance which he is 100% in the money over seven races.  He has a decent last out speed number and three strong, peaking workouts.  Baletti (Cohen / Penna) will figure prominently with a couple of decent last out speed numbers and two potent, peaking workouts.  Violon Sacre (Fragoso / Biancone) will pose a challenge as well with the highest last out speed number, a four race progression, and one good workout.  This promises to be an exciting race with a heart pounding finish.  Let's play our final race of the horse racing weekend at beautiful Belmont Park.
